The entire staff does a great job, I like the Pool Parties and all the activites that's provided. We are close to the Airport and the Mall and walking distant from RTA station. The maintenance crew does excellent work.

In an apartment complex, just like in a hotel, the quality of the staff and their attitudes is paramount to a smooth running operation. From the on-site manager to the maintenance crew, we are fortunate to have a first class professional team. Since the new management has taken over, there have been marked improvements in just about everything.

Minutes from international airport, major mall, and just about every national restaurant chain, on/off-ramp access to Interstate network - there is no way to beat Butternut's positioning in the northern Ohio area.

It's a safe clean development. The property managers take great care of the grounds and the pool. Anytime i need something repaired it's so convenient to fill out my request online and then they schedule the repairs within a day - two at the most. Everyone in the office and all the maintanence staff are freiendly and always willing to help. The new playground is a great addidtion to the community - safe and kid friendly. My neice loves coming over to go to the playground and the pool. This is a great place to call home. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

It's in a great area, easy to get everywhere you need to go. It's got great views and friendly neighbors.

I would highly recommend Butternut Ride Apartments to friends. It is a very nice place to live and it is close to so many things.
